


FREE Virtual Menopause Yoga Class
Friday, June 20, 2025 - 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Join Jennifer Lynn for a virtual 90-minute class specifically tailored to help ease hot flushes. This class will consist of gentle movements with breath designed to release excess heat from the body by increasing the surface area of the parts of our body that naturally sweat: the armpits and thighs. The gentle poses we will explore in this class massage the abdomen, release menstrual tension and backache, and tone the vagus nerve, which is a key component of the parasympathetic nervous system. We will add in circular movements to help release tension in the abdomen and back and stretches around the hip sockets. Our practice will end with a deeply nourishing restorative posture.
We will practice this sequence slowly and intuitively to calm the mind.
Please bring a journal as there will be time for self-reflection at the end of class.
