Summer Women's Wisdom Yoga Circle - She of Earth, Air, Fire & Water: A Goddess Journey
She is Fire - the spark in the dark, the wild heat of becoming. Pele’s flame in the belly of change, she dances where courage begins. She is Air - a whisper of knowing, the breath between thoughts. Isis’s song on the wind, she carries truth on invisible wings. She is Earth - womb of stone and root, the steady hum of being. Gaia’s bones beneath our feet, she holds, she grounds, she grows. She is Water - the tears of the moon, the tide of memory and dream. Yemaya’s flow through grief and grace, she softens what the world has hardened. She is all and evermore - rising in each of us when we listen, when we remember, when we dare to become.
This summer edition of Women’s Wisdom Circle invites us on a sacred journey toward the Elemental Goddesses - archetypes of feminine wisdom woven into the forces of Fire, Earth, Air and Water. Each gathering is an invitation to explore how these elements live within us, shaping our emotions, intuition, creativity and strength. We will lean into the vibrant, playful energy of summer by weaving in activities that are embodied, creative and joyful - bringing the goddesses to life in a way that feels alive and celebratory.
Studying goddesses invites us to explore archetypes of feminine power, wisdom and complexity that have existed across cultures and time. Engaging with goddess mythology can be a deeply healing and empowering practice. Our 4-week sacred circle will create space for deep remembering - of your inner fire, your grounded truth, your sacred breath and your emotional flow. As we travel through the elements, we’ll uncover the gifts and lessons each elemental goddess offers, reclaim parts of ourselves we may have forgotten, and support one another in stepping into wholeness, while having fun!
The 4-week series is $98
Advanced registration is required. Limited to 16 women.
Registration will open on May 21st

About your facilitators:
Jennifer Lynn believes in the power of slowing down, finding our breath, inviting stillness into the mind and rooting down into the body. Jennifer has spent the last 15 years studying yoga and mindfulness and the profound effects it has on healing. Through her offering, Joyful Nature & Yoga, she aims to create intentional, sacred and safe spaces that offer practitioners a place to journey inward through embodied movement, sacred circle, creativity, mindfulness and connection. This journey inward is what has helped her to create conditions in her own life to grow calmer, to gain clarity, to live with a more open heart and it has offered her more opportunities to respond to the present moment rather than react habitually. This sets the stage for healing, well-being, a healthier relationship to others and self and ultimately for evolution.
