Using ancient yogic philosophy, asana and breathwork, woven into a modern day understanding of menopause, this program offers another way.
This is a 3-month individualized journey to share, learn and find support for your unique transition through menopause. Here at Joyful Nature & Yoga, I understand that women thrive when they feel held, seen and empowered - while gaining practical tools to navigate menopause with grace, understanding and strength.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll gather once a week to share, learn and move through this transition together. Each session will blend:
Conversation & Sharing: a guided conversation for open discussion, education and reflection on the physical, emotional and spiritual changes of menopause.
Yoga Practice: Gentle, strength-building, and restorative practices - including postures, breathwork and meditation - designed to ease symptoms, restore balance and honor your body in its changing season.
Philosophical Wisdom: Teachings from yoga’s timeless principles (the yamas and niyamas) woven through each week, offering guidance for self-compassion, balance and renewal.
This offering is a supportive container to honor your changing body, ease symptoms and awaken the wise woman within.
