My name is Jennifer Lynn. I’m a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, passionate about gentle, restorative movement that calms and nourishes the nervous system.

I created Joyful Nature & Yoga to provide women in midlife support & empowerment during the transition of menopause through yoga, rest practices and connection circles.

My Journey with Yoga

I began studying yoga in 2012. At first, it was simply a way to unwind after years in the corporate world - a world that left me exhausted, burnt out and stressed.

What started as a physical practice quickly became something much deeper. Yoga not only supported my body, it gave me relief from long-held tension in my mind and spirit. Over time, I discovered the true essence of yoga: stillness, self-study, balance and acceptance.

In 2020, I became a teacher. Sharing restorative yoga with my community has become my greatest joy. I believe we’re living in a time of high stress and overwhelm, and yoga offers us the chance to disconnect from the noise, restore safety in the body, quiet the mind and reconnect with our truest selves.

Menopause Support

In 2025, I became a certified Menopause Yoga teacher and Coach. My own journey through menopause revealed how little reliable information and community support exists for women in this stage of life.

No woman should walk this transition alone. We are meant to be seen, supported and held in community. That’s why I offer mentorship, classes, events and circles designed to educate embrace and empower women through this rite of passage.

Women’s Circles

Alongside yoga, I was introduced to the power of women’s circles. My first circle in 2017 changed me forever. For the first time, I sat in sacred space with women, witnessed and held in community.

Since 2020, I’ve been facilitating circles where women gather with intention, share openly and support one another’s healing and growth. Time and time again, I’ve seen women bloom wide open through this practice - and I believe deeply in its power.
