Reweaving Balance, 5A Harrisburg Pike, Dillsburg, PA
This is a 120-minute class that combines the healing modality of a woman’s circle with Menopause Yoga. We begin by meeting in circle with the sole intention of being seen, sharing individual experiences and sharing knowledge, followed by a My Menopause yoga class, which incorporates specially modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices in order to support practitioners naturally as you navigate through the transitional time of Menopause. Yoga has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and inflammation, which exacerbates many menopause symptoms such as anxiety, hot flushes, joint and muscle pain. Each class introduces new practices that are simple and easily taken off the mat into real life scenarios, as symptoms of Menopause arise. We end with journaling as a means of self-study and group sharing.
