What is the mission of Joyful Nature & Yoga?

Here at Joyful Nature & Yoga, my work focuses on supporting women in midlife through yoga, education and community circles. I blend yoga philosophy, rest practices and mindful living to help women navigate the midlife transition with clarity, grounding and empowerment.

What is a Menopause or Midlife Circle?

A circle is a guided gathering where women come together to learn, share and feel supported. Each circle includes education about the stages of midlife, reflective prompts, grounding practices and space for connection.

Do I need experience with yoga to join?

No experience is required. Everything is designed to be gentle, accessible and adaptable for all levels.

What are the benefits of yoga for midlife?

Yoga supports hormonal balance, reduces stress, improves sleep, supports mood regulation and helps women connect to their bodies during this transformative season.

What do I need to bring?

All props are provided when joining an in-person event with Joyful Nature & Yoga. If joining a virtual event, you will be most comfortable with a yoga mat, bolster or pillows, strap if it’s part of your practice, blocks. Always bring a journal with you.

Can I join if I’m not in menopause yet?

Yes - women in perimenopause, early midlife or simply curious about this life stage are welcome.

What is your refund policy?

If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend any event facilitated by Joyful Nature & Yoga, I will honor your purchase to be used at another event within 30 days. After 30 days, the sale will be final. No refunds are given.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private midlife support sessions and personalized yoga sessions are available upon request.
