
At Joyful Nature & Yoga, I believe in the healing power of slowing down, forming a relationship to the breath, inviting stillness into the mind and embracing our connection to the body.
I’ve spent the last 15 years studying yoga and mindfulness and the profound effects it has on healing. Through my offering, Joyful Nature & Yoga, I aim to create intentional, sacred and safe spaces that offer practitioners a place to journey inward through embodied movement, sacred circle, creativity, mindfulness and connection. This journey inward is what has helped me to create conditions in my own life to grow calmer, to gain clarity and to live with a more open heart. The practice of yoga and mindfulness has offered me more opportunities to respond to, and embrace the present moment, rather than closing and reacting habitually. This sets the stage for healing, well-being, a healthier relationship to self and others and ultimately, for evolution.
All of my offerings are designed to bring you back into your fullest, most whole self. Whether it’s through yoga, breathwork, circles of connection, ceremony, self-study prompts or play, I aim to offer a supportive container that will invite you to reconnect with all the parts of yourself - body, mind, heart and spirit. My approach nurtures deep healing, renewal and a sense of peace, allowing you to move forward in life feeling more integrated, empowered and authentically you.
You already carry everything you need within you. My offerings simply serve as a path back home - back to your true self, back to peace, back to your fullest, most whole expression.

Seasons of Her: A Menopause Circle + Yoga

The natural transition through menopause can be a challenging and isolating time for many women. This transition isn’t just a physical change - it’s a deep, transformational journey that can affect nearly every aspect of a woman’s life. Hot flushes, insomnia, joint pain and fluctuations in mood and energy are all very real symptoms - but it’s not just the body that’s affected.
Some women find themselves battling anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling of disconnection from their own bodies and from their community. It’s a time of letting go of an old phase of life and stepping into something new - a powerful transition - but without proper understanding or support, it can feel confusing, isolating and overwhelming.
The silence around this transition - and the lack of tailored, compassionate resources - can leave women feeling misunderstood and alone at a time when we most need solidarity and community.
This offering is a sacred space that honors a woman’s transition through all the stages of Menopause. We gather to share experiences and knowledge, to learn about and to embrace our cyclical nature, to discover healing tools to help ease symptoms and to empower ourselves and other women moving through the same transition.
We have the power to reframe this transition in life as a positive opportunity to improve health and well-being. We have the power to re-remember that this transition is actually a rite of passage, and that this is a time to be honored, not hidden.
