A gentle in-person gathering space for women moving through the transition of midlife. This circle weaves mindful movement, breathwork and meaningful conversation to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and feel supported through every stage of menopause.
Each class blends grounding practices with soulful reflection so you can release stress, nourish your nervous system and remember that this phase of life is not a problem to fix - it’s a powerful evolution. Together, we explore themes of rest, resilience, intuition and cyclical living, all held in a compassionate community of women walking a similar path.
You’ll be guided through:
Mindful Movement that is gentle and restorative to soothe the nervous system and balance fluctuating energy.
Connection + Sharing to cultivate belonging, visibility and support.
Seasonal + Yogic Teachings that help you honor your inner wisdom and live in harmony with nature’s cycles.
Community itself becomes medicine during the menopause transition. Research shows that being in supportive relationships lowers stress hormones, improves sleep, reduces feelings of isolation and strengthens emotional resilience - all of which are essential during midlife shifts.
When we come together in circle, we co-regulate, we breathe easier and we remember we’re not alone. Sharing our stories and being witnessed helps the body relax, the heart open and the mind soften. In community, healing happens more naturally and the journey of menopause becomes less about struggle and more about shared wisdom, connection and empowerment.
This circle is a soft landing place - a space to breathe, be witnessed and move through midlife with intention, community and deep self-care.
