February 6, 2026 6:30-8:00 p.m.
A soft, slow, restorative practice designed to support you in midlife as you come home to your body, your rhythm and your inner wisdom. This class blends deeply restful restorative yoga with guided journaling at the end of class to help you unwind, reconnect and listen to the messages your body has been holding.
In a world that asks you to push, produce and keep going, this space offers the opposite - a place to soften, release and be held.
Together, we’ll explore long, supported postures that calm the nervous system, steady the breath, and invite the body into true rest. Afterward, you’ll receive gentle journal prompts to help you reflect, integrate and witness your inner landscape with compassion.
Each session includes:
Grounding breathwork
Restorative postures
Body awareness prompts
Reflective journal prompts
This class is for you if you’re longing to slow down, reconnect to your inner knowing, and honor the natural phases of midlife with more softness and intention.
No experience needed. All bodies welcome.
Come rest. Come write. Come home to yourself.
All props are provided.
